Since qualifying as a Solicitor in 2011 at TLW, Natalie has worked exclusively with personal injury clients. Initially acting for victims of road traffic accidents, Natalie then expanded into accidents at work and public liability cases, such as claims against Local Authorities for poorly maintained highways, or claims against supermarkets for slipping injuries caused by spillages. More recently, Natalie has developed an interest in claims caused by negligent dental treatment.
Natalie’s focus is, claims for clients who have suffered complex or serious injuries. With a passion for getting her clients the legal result they deserve, Natalie strives to put her clients at the heart of everything she does, and endeavours to secure appropriate rehabilitation packages and interim payments, supporting clients from the moment she is instructed.
Natalie’s cases include a client who received £250,000 following an accident at work causing severe burns requiring multiple skin grafts. Acting for a deceased client’s family against their previous solicitor for negligently dealing with a fatal road traffic accident claim, Natalie recovered over £500,000. In another case, Natalie’s motorcyclist client received £65,000 after being involved in a collision and suffered facial injuries, including a fractured jaw and cheekbone requiring surgery.
Natalie was shortlisted for “Rising Star of the Year” at the 2017 Northern Law Awards.
